Yes. Judges and contestants always use Scorenity completely free. No exceptions, no hidden fees, no future changes to this.
Can I switch pricing tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We'll provide a full data export within 30 days of cancellation. Your scoring history and audit records are yours.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Per-event pricing is paid per event with no ongoing commitment.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or youth pageants?
We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@scorenity.com and we'll work something out.
What's included in Elite setup support?
A dedicated onboarding session with the DeBrough & Co. team, data migration help, director and judge training, and ongoing consulting access.
Can multiple directors share one account?
Yes. You can add multiple director-level users to your organization. There's no per-seat charge for directors.
How is Starter different from Pro?
Starter is pay-per-event, limited to 30 contestants and 5 judges. Pro is monthly, unlimited everything, with advanced features like division management and Excel import.
